The Memphis-born star was found dead on Sunday, January 1 at around 4 p.m. (local time) and no cause of death has been determined, according to Fox 13 Memphis.

Gangsta Boo Three 6 Mafia
Gangsta Boo was featured on Three 6 Mafia’s debut album “Mystic Stylez” in 1993 and became the second female member to join the group following K-9. She would continue with the group with 1996’s “Chapter 1: The End” and 1997’s “Chapter 2: World Domination.”

Gangsta Boo Die Cause of Death
Sources close to the rapper have reportedly told TMZ the cause of death was drug-related.
The sources also added Gangster Boo was with her brother at a concert the night before and he required hospitalization due to an overdose.
Less than a day before her death Mitchell posted a video to Instagram and captioned it, “Some of the things that I did in 2022! So fun and productive, climbed out my shell alot!! 2023 go be 23’n!”
Gangsta Boo, was found dead in her home around 4pm on January 1, 2023, Fox13 reports.
Three 6 Mafia founder DJ Paul later confirmed the death on Instagram.
